divya if you want a job in USA.you have to contact any agency that can communicate to the hospital in USA.if you can do by yourself look USA hospitals web sites.for USA you have to pass nclex exam this in necessary and cgfns credential report. I have loads of respect for nurses, they have a hard job, but still many peeps are attracted to this career. I discovered some good instruction on the site in the box below, it guided my sister to set out on the road to becoming a nurse, she is in her inaugural term of training now.
