Is the Respiratory Therapy program easier/harder than RN nursing program?

Is the Respiratory Therapy program easier/harder than RN nursing program?
I just got back from a med school in India, I stayed there and tried for 3 months but it was just impossibly hard for me. Now I'm back and I need help on what to do with my life. What's something easy and pays good? I was thinking of Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse, but I heard RN is really hard and I've heard RT is alright. How do these compare?

I'm an RN. It's harder. But the pay is better than a Respiratory therapist.
2 :
The respiratory therapist program doesn't take as long as the RN program. The RN program you need to get alot of information. It takes a lot to learn how to become a good nurse. The respiratory therpaist program is more just the theory and concentrating in one field of medicine.

You might try uniting yourself with an established organization, such as the Sisters of Charity. People are loathe to give money to random folks, but they will support a proven organization. I would Google search "Catholic charity India" and "charitable hospital india" and "free medical clinic India" and see what comes up. There may be a charitable hospital in a larger city that you can make ties with for your Faridabad project.

I suggest you contact Caritas India with your plan: CBCI Centre Ashok Place (Gole Dakhana), 110001 New Delhi India Telephone: +91 11 23 74 23 39 or +91 11 23 36 33 90 Fax: +91 11 23 71 51 46 or +91 11 23 36 74 88 Email: caritas_india@vsnl.com http://www.caritasindia.org/ With love in Christ.

Which degree from India is valid to get job in US

Which degree from India is valid to get job in US?

As far as I know, any degree is valid, subject to a couple of courses in the US.. You may be required to complete a certain "core curriculum," such as taking 2 semesters of US and State government, respectively, and US history perhaps.
2 :
I hope none as too many others are invading America as it is. Americans do not have jobs and benefits because of all the immigrants from other countries. Sorry being honest.
3 :
Anything medical is going to require you to take state board exams...But I agree with the previous poster.. enough Indian doctors here already that can't even speak understandable English.
4 :
Uh... it's not the fault of the educated Indians that most Americans are too lazy, too poor or just not smart enough to get into the medical or other professional fields so hospitals here need to hire foreigners (mainly Indians and Russians) to get enough doctors lol.

How would my aunt become a nurse in the United States

How would my aunt become a nurse in the United States?
My Aunt was a registered nurse in India and now wants to get a nursing job in the U.S What does she need to do? She has a nursing certificate from India, would that be enough to be a nurse in America? She has been living in the U.S for 7 years

Tell your aunt we have enough stinky hindus in this country! Have her go to canada
2 :
Your aunt needs to take the NCLEX (National Commission Licensure Exam) in the state where she chooses to practice her nursing career. Hence, when she passes then she could practice her nursing skills. Her certificate would help her land a job as a caregiver or a nursing aide at the most. I hope that helps. Better still let her inquire at the ANA or NCLEX of her respective state of origin because different states have different policies regarding licensing of nurses.
