Generally you'd have to study in the US to meet the requirements of education before you'd be able to take exams to be able to practice as a nurse. I believe you could work as an aide though.

Is it possible to get into nursing programme in late 20s
Is it possible to get into nursing programme in late 20s?
I am 27 right now and have a degree in biology from India.I already evaluated my credits and get 60 units with a GPA 3.75.Now I want to get into nursing programme and ready to do my prereqs for nursing. Is it too late for me to get into nursing programme?

You would not get a job abroad without IELTS. Any job abroad would also require that you have a nursing license for that country so that would be the first thing you would have to do.

A Registered Nurse from India is in high demand within the USA. A RN in the USA earns between $ 75K to $100K per year. TOEFL / IELTS is a must including the NCLEX-RN course. I would advise you to be proactive in your search for lucrative US Nursing Jobs. Simply applying on or searching for jobs on a few websites won't give you the results that you're aiming for.
