You would not get a job abroad without IELTS. Any job abroad would also require that you have a nursing license for that country so that would be the first thing you would have to do.

A Registered Nurse from India is in high demand within the USA. A RN in the USA earns between $ 75K to $100K per year. TOEFL / IELTS is a must including the NCLEX-RN course.
