Being a Bachelor of Nursing degree and working as Clinical Instructor in Bachelor degree college of Nursing in India ,since 1 year , I am in search of similar job in USA. What is the job demand in this field and how I can process to get it.

Highly unlikely. It is nearly impossible for any non-EU citizen to obtain a job anywhere in the EU. Besides, if you went to school in India, you are qualified to work in India, but not licensed to work elsewhere. Plenty of nursing jobs in India, especially now that some international class hospitals are opening up & India is starting to attract medical tourism. However, these new hospitals and clinics only hire the very, very best & most qualified people - the kinds which would qualify in Europe, US, Canada, etc. If you are not good enough for these new international class hospitals, you certainly cannot compete in a foreign country. If you are good enough, that's where the big-time jobs with a future are.

Normally, she'll need to pass the CGFNS (Commission Governing Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools) Exam, the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) Exam and the NCLEX-RN Exam.
